Youth Empowerment
Greenmount East Leadership Project
Led the first grant-funded Summer Youth Empowerment Academy for the Greenmount East Leadership Project—a 6-week program for youth based in Baltimore, Maryland that was focused on career readiness, mental health, and financial literacy. Developed SOPs, built a volunteer database, managed logistics, and supervised 8 staff. Fostered strong relationships through weekly touchpoints, field trips, youth markets, and a program showcase. Evaluated impact via surveys and optimized daily operations for efficiency and engagement.

Health & Wellness
CHMConnect
With trusted health navigators at the center of their model, CHMConnect bridges the gap between medical systems and those most in need—connecting people to life-saving healthcare, clinical trials, and information. We raised awareness about cancer and cancer prevention across diverse populations.
Through project management and event production services, we supported CHMConnect in organizing virtual events focused on cancer awareness and education for Hispanic American, Asian American, and African American communities.
